Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead

What you will work on

• Defining and communicating the technical vision, architecture, and development best practices together with the Solution Architect
• Mentoring and supporting Product Owners and development teams while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous growth
• Acting as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Overseeing the technical aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery
• Identifying potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implementing mitigation strategies
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality and reliable software solutions
• Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for high-priority technical projects
• Driving innovation initiatives and supporting continuous improvement of solutions and processes
• Supporting technical audits and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

What you bring

• Deep expertise in vehicle diagnostics, SWDL, software architecture, and system integration with 25+ years of documented experience
• Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and vehicle project lifecycle
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects within the automotive aftermarket domain (15+ years)
• Strong proficiency in relevant technologies, programming languages, and software frameworks
• Documented experience working with SUMS, CSMS, and similar regulatory compliance frameworks and audits
• Ability to balance deep technical knowledge with business priorities and project goals
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
