Job Scope
High level purpose of function.
The Senior Manager Supplier Quality will lead, organize and manage a team of Supplier quality and development specialists, engineer and experts, will implement supplier quality standards, process and define policies in line with Lytens quality objectives, customers' expectations and industry standards. The Senior Manager Supplier quality will also ensure the global quality performance of Lytens supplier including qualification, development and industrialization of best-in-class suppliers in terms of Development, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, PPAP activities, support to the sites in case of quality incident. Scope: Chemicals and Components and Mechanicals, including, but not limited to, Cathode active Materials, Anode Active Materials, Electrolyte, Binders, Conductive, Separators, Foils, Can, Lids, Tapes, plastic parts.
