You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it.
Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.
A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits.
And now, we're on a quest to find a Content Operations Coordinator.
Let us tell you about the role 📖 Behind every audiobook or ebook in our app is a system that makes it all work. As a Content Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep that system running like a well-written plot: solving content mysteries and making sure our ever-growing library of stories lands perfectly in the hands (and ears) of our users.
Some chapters of your daily story might include:
Monitoring and responding to content-related questions through our content support channels
Troubleshooting content problems, identifying root causes, and solving issues whenever possible
Escalating technical challenges to the right Product teams when needed
Maintaining clear communication with publishers as their primary technical contact
The main character we’re looking for 👀 We believe you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting the dots, and making things work a little smoother than they did yesterday. You’re curious about how systems work behind the scenes and you’re not afraid to dig into the details to figure things out.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
A higher education degree with a technical focus or experience from a technical support role
Basic technical knowledge in areas such as HTML, CSS, SQL and API
A service minded approach and motivation to help others solve problems
Takes an analytical approach when troubleshooting and improving processes
The Nextory way of working 🏠 At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That’s why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office!
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
Your next story starts here 💫 We look forward to your application. Applications are reviewed continuously and if you have any questions about the role feel free to contact Erika Thorslund, Talent Acquisition Partner, [email protected]
Please note that we do not offer relocation and that a six-month probationary period applies.
