Description

Our client is a well known global automotive OEM. This work package will work within the infotainment area with a target in-car app that currently exists as a prebuilt integrated application. While functional, the app lacks comprehensive documentation, clear ownership, and compliance validation. Additionally, there are known issues and potential architectural improvements that need to be addressed. The team will define the tasks required to document, assess, and enhance the in-car app to align with organizational workflows, compliance standards, and future deployment strategies.

Requirements

8+ yrs years of experience in Automotive infotainment Testing on the Android platform.

• Good experience of In car testing and log file collection.

• Experience in working on CI/CD

• Experience working with RIG set up

• Able to analyze the logs

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork

• Experience with engineering tools such as CarWeaver etc

• In car testing experience

• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Gerrit, Linux system

• Good to have: Candidate from infotainment background

Job responsibilities

• Testing & Automation

- Automate testing for every release and platform for an in car-app

- Fix known bugs

- Validate the features in rig and car(in car testing)

- Set up the rig

• Governance & Ownership

- Establish clear ownership and responsibility matrix

• Roadmap & Recommendations

- Deliver roadmap for documentation, compliance fixes, migration, testing automation, and platform adaptation milestones
