We are now expanding our business in Sweden and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer & Operations Lead to join our team in Sweden.
This role is critical for ensuring the reliability of our financial messaging infrastructure and leading the technical success of our clients.

- Confidence in leading the monitoring of event-driven architectures, specifically utilizing AWS Dead Letter Queues (DLQ) to ensure zero data loss.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC, with the engineering capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on message backouts and guide development teams on technical resolutions.
- Mastery in requirements engineering, accurately documenting new client requirements and technical specifications to ensure high-quality product deliveries.
- Track record of leading technical client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new partners onto the PEPPOL platform.
- Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance operational support, quality assurance, and system monitoring capabilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating complex financial data flows and service provider dependencies.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relations and provide "trusted advice" to stakeholders.
Prefered Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering, Systems Operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Professional certification (such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or ISTQB) is a significant advantage.
- Direct experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors, particularly with PEPPOL standards and electronic document exchange
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary engineer for production environment monitoring, identifying and resolving AWS queue issues before they impact financial transactions.
- Lead the technical onboarding journey for new clients, serving as the primary engineering contact from setup to production.
- Document and govern new requirements, acting as the bridge between client needs and the engineering team to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve external technical issues affecting our ecosystem.
- Provide consultancy and technical support across projects regarding manual and automated monitoring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends (QA, FinTech, and Cloud) to advocate for continuous improvement of self and the team.
