What You’ll Do
Strategize & Plan
Work closely with design leads to refine workplace design strategies and internal guidelines.
Document and update standards for global office design and build projects.
Design & Deliver
Produce spatial layouts, test fits, and programs of requirements for new office locations.
Support real estate teams with due diligence reports to evaluate potential buildings.
Transform stakeholder feedback into clear, persuasive presentations.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design quality through all project phases.
Optimize existing spaces to improve layouts and efficiency.
Improve & Innovate
Identify opportunities to streamline processes across design and build projects.
Support local offices with design solutions, drawings, and furniture specifications to elevate workplace experience.

Good to KnowScope of employment: Full-time, 100% Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Working model: You’ll need to be on-site 3 days a week with flexibility to travel and collaborate across continents. Start date: As agreed End date: Covering parental leave (15 months). To succeed in this role, you will need:5+ years of meaningful work experience within an Interior architectural or Architectural Practice, working with commercial and office fit out with a good understanding of the design process including cost-effective design.
Proficient in Archicad, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and able to produce test fits, detail drawings, and joinery independently.
Experience working internationally and collaborating across cultures.
Fluent in English, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
