About the job
Smarch helps you create the career you want by matching you with the right team. You focus on your role. Your teammates handle theirs. The goal: you get to work doing what you're good at.
Smarch is a nonprofit association (ideell förening) working to reduce structural unemployment in Sweden. We match people into co-founding teams and run structured programmes where participants build real ventures together. There is no fee to participate. We are funded through grants and partnerships — not through participants.
