Your New Role

This is a consultancy assignment covering parental leave, focusing on UX writing and content design for mobile and web experiences. The consultant will design user-focused content, including UI microcopy, instructional text, naming conventions, and information architecture. Responsibilities include managing content and translations in Figma and CMS systems to meet biweekly release schedules. Contributions may also involve Core features such as Account, Onboarding, and Voice. Collaboration with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders ensures a consistent and coherent user journey.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience writing content for web/mobile products

• Strong understanding of UX design principles and interaction patterns

• Fluency in English, written and spoken

• Experience with content management systems and Figma

Personal qualities

The consultant is proactive, organized, and comfortable in iterative design processes. They are able to communicate content rationale to stakeholders, champion accessibility and localization best practices, and contribute constructively to design critique.
