Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer

What you will work on

• Designing and implementing test automation strategies across multiple projects
• Developing automated tests from unit testing to system-level testing
• Supporting development teams in adopting effective automation practices
• Evaluating when and where automation delivers the most business value
• Contributing to quality assurance processes across the product lifecycle
• Collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams in a product development environment
• Leading by example and promoting best practices in testing and automation
• Working within regulated and quality-assured development environments

What you bring

• Strong experience as a Test Automation Engineer
• Experience implementing test automation strategies across multiple projects
• Solid understanding of test automation across the full testing pyramid (unit, integration, system tests)
• Experience working in product development environments
• Understanding of the full product lifecycle
• Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled development environments
• Ability to lead by example and support teams in improving testing practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
