You will join a newly established team within a global organization in the automotive sector, responsible for AI strategy and governance. In this senior role, you will guide how AI is adopted, governed, and scaled to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. The assignment combines strategic advisory work with hands-on solution development in close collaboration with executive leadership, technology teams, and business units.

• Review and assess proposed AI solutions from technology, strategy, risk, and business perspectives.
• Lead and participate in workshops to define high-impact AI solutions for global operations.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and evaluate their relevance to the organization.
• Develop frameworks for responsible AI adoption, including governance, compliance, and best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to the development of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership, technology teams, and business units to shape and execute the AI strategy.

• Documented experience and deep understanding of various AI technologies, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
• At least 10 years of experience in advanced analytics and data manipulation.
• Experience of industrializing solutions.
• Advanced degree (PhD or M. Sc.) in a relevant technical field.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent English.

• Experience in business development or economics.
