Do you want to play a key role in shaping how Product Lifecycle Management is built, scaled and governed in a global industrial company – at a point where your architectural decisions truly matter?

At Husqvarna Group, we are establishing a modern, scalable PLM landscape. Important foundations are already in place, but the journey is far from finished. We are now looking for a senior Solution Architect who wants to take end-to-end architectural responsibility for our PLM solution, with Teamcenter as the core platform.

The context

PLM is a strategic capability at Husqvarna. We are in a transformation phase where architecture, ways of working and long-term design principles are being defined and refined.

This role sits at the center of that journey.

You will be one of five key roles in a PLM cluster of around 70 people, working in global, virtual teams. The setup is mature, the colleagues are highly competent – and this role comes with clear mandate, freedom and responsibility to influence both architecture and direction.

Your role

As Solution Architect, you hold the overall solution architecture responsibility for PLM, primarily focusing on Teamcenter.

Your responsibility is the end-to-end functional and technical solution architecture – ensuring consistency, scalability and long-term sustainability across the PLM Solution.

In practice, you will:

• Own and drive the end-to-end architecture for the Teamcenter PLM solution
• Take architectural decisions and ensure alignment across teams and initiatives
• Design and evolve a cloud-based PLM architecture in Azure, deployed globally for performance and scalability
• Lead and maintain architecture documentation, dependencies and design principles
• Support and guide team-level architects, strengthening systems thinking and architectural coherence
• Work closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to explain possibilities, limitations and trade-offs in a clear and pragmatic way
• Facilitate workshops, present at different organizational levels and actively manage stakeholder expectations

This is a role where both technical depth and communication skills are essential.

About You

We believe you bring:

• Strong, hands-on experience working with Teamcenter PLM, from both technical and usage perspectives
• Experience designing and governing solution architecture in complex, global environments
• Experience working with Teamcenter across one or more core PLM domains, such as manufacturing, aftermarket and/or engineering
• The ability to translate business needs into robust, realistic technical solutions
• Experience working with cloud-based architectures, preferably in Azure

You don’t need to have done everything – but you need to have the confidence and experience to make sound architectural decisions.

Location & ways of working

The role is based in one of our offices in Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered, within our hybrid working model.

We typically work onsite 2–3 days per week, combined with remote work.

You will collaborate in global, cross-functional teams, closely connected to both IT and business.
