We are looking for a senior Solution Architect to take end-to-end responsibility for solution architecture within Customer Management. You will shape coherent customer flows and integration patterns across Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Java-based microservices, in close collaboration with domain and delivery stakeholders in a multi-country environment.

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Customer Management, including lead management, customer/organisation modelling, consent and governance flows, and customer lifecycle (create/update/delete).
• Design system interaction boundaries and data contracts between Dynamics 365, SFMC, Java services and external lookup providers.
• Ensure alignment with domain-level capability maps and target architecture together with the Domain Architect.
• Define API specifications, event schemas, C4 models, integration patterns and architectural guardrails.
• Document architectural decisions (ADRs), NFRs, risks, assumptions and design constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Business Analysts to validate feasibility and business intent, without taking on implementation or configuration work.
• Support architecture governance by providing input to relevant architecture boards and forums.
• Contribute to harmonising customer flows across multiple markets.

• Strong end-to-end cross-system solution architecture experience within Customer Management/CRM contexts.
• Dynamics 365 / Dataverse: conceptual customer and organisation model design, including source-of-truth structures.
• Java and microservices architecture: REST APIs, event-driven design and integration boundaries.
• Customer data architecture, including identity resolution, enrichment, deduplication and consent models.
• API-first and event-first integration patterns.
• C4 modelling, ADR documentation and NFR definition.
• Ability to communicate clearly with architects, product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into governed, maintainable architecture.
• Experience working in multi-country or multi-domain environments.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): integration patterns, real-time triggers, data extensions and API/webhook contracts.
• Telecom or subscription-based business model knowledge.
• Experience harmonising architecture across multiple markets.
• Understanding of repair/insurance flows or aftermarket customer processes.
