Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician (PME)

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate activities related to tooling/fixture manufacturing, tool design, production preparation, method engineering, and CAM/NC
• Ensure robustness and zero defects using quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving
• Collaborate daily with operators and technicians to support production quality and delivery
• Participate in customer discussions regarding production engineering issues
• Contribute to technology development and industrialize new methods, processes, and ways of working
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
• Work closely within the team to share knowledge, curiosity, and a winning team culture
• Monitor and maintain production standards, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery targets

What You Bring

• Academic bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production, mechanical, or industrial engineering
• Team player with a strong drive to succeed
• Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive
• Self-reliant with the ability to take initiative
• Fact-based, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with welding is meritorious due to fabricated structures
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle variation in challenges and organize work effectively
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and organization
