Your role

As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Required

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using • NET/C# and MSSQL for network inventory and construction workflows.

• Support and enhance systems such as Granite based inventory, KLIPP, and Tarantula/Red Cube.

• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and performance efficient SQL queries.

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision making.

• Implement and support integration with provisioning systems, field force automation tools, and other OSS/BSS platforms.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (network, field operations, architecture, DevOps) to ensure end to end workflow integrity.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security/compliance requirements.

• Hands on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.

• Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on call support.


Preferred

• Experience with multiple network inventory platforms (Granite, KLIPP, Tarantula/Red Cube).

• Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem, workflows, and resource modeling.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware.

• Familiarity with performance optimization and distributed system design.
