JOB PURPOSE - What’s your role about?

As the VP of Finance, you will drive financial strategy, planning, and execution for our global, multi-product organization. This role ensures sustainable revenue growth, cost efficiency, and compliance across all markets while supporting our resource investment decisions and high profitability.

The VP of Finance partners with the executive team to shape long-term financial strategy, enhance business intelligence, and optimize revenue streams in alignment with expansion and product evolution.

KEY DELIVERABLES - What results are expected from you in your role?

Financial Strategy & Planning

Lead financial forecasting, business modeling, and strategic planning across all products.

Ensure the company maintains healthy cash flow and profitability while scaling operations.

Revenue & Cost Management

Optimize pricing, monetization models, and cost structures across products.

Identify revenue growth opportunities and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Oversee cost optimization initiatives in software development and operations.

Financial Operations & Reporting

Own P&L management, financial controls, and audit readiness.

Group Reporting: Manage financial presentations for executives, board members, and investors.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement real-time financial analytics for content and operational efficiency.

Oversee tax compliance, legal structure optimization, and financial risk management.

Investor Relations & Corporate Governance

Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external partners.

Global Compliance & Risk: Ensure financial governance across multiple international entities.

Drive due diligence and financial structuring for potential M&A opportunities.

Finance Team Leadership & Systems

Build and scale a high-performing finance team.

Drive automation and efficiency in financial systems and processes.

Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align financial objectives with business priorities.
