Now we are looking for an IT Developer with a strong DevOps focus.

Skills & Experience

• Leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers.
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Improving operational efficiency and infrastructure scalability.
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth production releases.
• Managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Understanding clients' DevOps and cloud needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with DevOps and cloud technologies and trends.
• Facilitating regular client meetings and presentations to review progress and discuss future plans.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
• Implementing security best practices in the development and deployment processes.
• Staying current with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and related fields.
• Mentoring and training junior DevOps engineers.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as security and network operations, to ensure end-to-end system security.
• Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in DevOps and software development.
• Experience leading and managing DevOps teams.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights to clients.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
