We are growing! We are now in the hunt for a Quality Control Engineer to join our Quality team.

We were founded in 2003, originating in the tech-hub city of Shenzhen, China. Our business activities have been based on innovation since the outset.

Since 2021 we have established an European headquarter in Eskilstuna, Sweden! Here we will have one of Europe’s most modern production plants that will be a major contributor in electrifying transportation. Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the management of IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspection processes, optimizing and improving inspection efficiency.

· Responsible for Control Plan, QC specification document and SOP revision and implementation to ensure document and execution consistency.

· Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the process data, SPC control development and implementation, and Cpk and Ppk statistics.

· Responsible for updating monthly quality reports and discussing improvement issues with relevant departments.

· Responsible for product and process non-conformance identification and follow-up, organizing relevant departments to analyze and discover the root cause.

· Responsible for working with relevant teams to carry out quality training and awareness activities to improve the overall quality level.

Job mandate

· To create the template of data analysis, to ensure the accuracy of the test/inspection results.

· To supply the analysis results to related departments to improve.

Job competence requirements

· Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a background in Engineering, Quality Control, Materials Science.

· Good language skills must be in English. Proficiency in other languages such as Chinese, Swedish, Korean is preferred.

· Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience working in an industry quality team and leading an industry team.

· Competencies ("hard" and "soft" skills):

· Good use of office software, pytorch and basic data analysis and data manipulation skills.

· Good at identifying and thinking through problems, sensitive to data and bias.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment.
