Ongoing, Temp-Team Sweden AB is supporting one of the world’s leading global organisations in finding an Executive Communications Coordinator consultant for an onsite role in Stockholm.
This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid in their communications career who wants to work closely with senior leadership in an international environment.
The role is hands-on and operational, with a strong focus on internal communications and day-to-day executive support.
You will work closely with the Country Leader, COO, and Executive Assistant, and contribute to clear, engaging, and well-structured communication across the Swedish organisation.
All communication is conducted in English.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership with executive communications, including presentations, talk tracks, briefing materials, and speaker notes
- Coordinate and support monthly and bi-monthly All Employee
- Meetings, including agendas, invitations, logistics, technical setup, and PowerPoint presentations
- Create and publish internal communication content on platforms such as Viva Engage and other internal channels
- Support leadership’s digital engagement and selected external communication activities connected to business events
- Source and adapt customer and business stories for internal communication
- Support preparation of materials for executive and leadership visits
- Coordinate internal initiatives related to employee engagement, safety, recognition, and social impact
- Maintain and update internal communication channels, including digital screens and internal platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, the Executive Assistant, and communication teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience within internal communications, executive communications, or a similar coordination or business support role
- Experience supporting managers or senior stakeholders in a professional environment
- Ability to create clear, structured, and engaging communication with guidance and input from others
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with internal communication platforms and digital tools, Viva Engage is an advantage
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning and development
- Very good written and spoken English
- Eligible to work in Sweden
- Based in Stockholm and able to work onsite at least three days per week

The assignment includes a hybrid work arrangement, where working at least three days per week in the office is required.
The client will provide a laptop, and the assignment is planned to run until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension, with a start date as soon as possible.
