Program Manager (Value Realization Lead) to Global Fashion Leader

We are currently looking for a Program Manager (Value Realization Lead) for an exciting consultancy opportunity within a large-scale business transformation program. This is a full-time assignment (100%) starting March 31st, 2026 and running until December 31st, 2027. The role is based in Stockholm , with up to 20% remote work allowed.

What will this role achieve?

As a Value Realization Lead, you will ensure that the SAP transformation delivers tangible and intangible business value. You will define, implement, and track value realization frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing return on investment. You will play a central role in shaping the success narrative of the transformation program by making value measurable, transparent, and actionable.

What will be your job scope and key deliverables?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing value realization frameworks and metrics across the program.
• Measuring and tracking financial and non-financial business benefits delivered by projects and workstreams.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and align outcomes with strategic goals.
• Providing insights and structured reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and key stakeholders.
• Highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and optimization opportunities to support decision-making.
• Embedding a value-focused mindset across the program and organization.
• Ensuring value realization is integrated into all stages of the program lifecycle – from planning to execution and follow-up.

About you:

What do we need for this role?

• Education: Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management. Proven experience working within large-scale transformation programs, preferably involving SAP or core system modernization.
• Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams. Advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Structured approach to value measurement and benefit tracking.
• Personal attributes: Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen. Able to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Credible, structured, and communicative, with the ability to build trust across business and program leadership. Comfortable operating in a complex and evolving transformation environment.
