We are seeking an Associate Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Plan, create, structure, and quality-assure technical documentation according to the company's quality system.
• Drive documentation-related deliveries in collaboration with a Sub Project Manager.
• Manage illustrations, drawings, and technical materials using modern IT tools.
• Ensure documentation meets high technical and quality standards.
• Maintain timelines and follow established project processes.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and make project-related decisions within the defined framework.
• Delegate documentation-related tasks when required.
• Contribute to structured project execution in technically complex environments.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical documentation and project support within technical, IT-intensive, or engineering environments.
• Strong experience creating and editing technical documentation using Windows-based tools.
• Ability to handle and structure complex technical information.
• Experience working within quality management systems.
• Structured, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Confidence in taking responsibility and driving deliverables independently.
