Assignment Overview

We are looking for System Manager – Group Quality Systems

What You Will Work On

• Ensure stable operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the group’s quality systems, including:
• Deviation management
• Customer Experience (CX)
• Quality Management Systems
• Capture business needs and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure systems effectively support operations, with a strong “Simplicity First” mindset.
• Collaborate with system vendors and follow up on SLAs.
• Work closely with IT and solution architects within an outsourced IT environment.
• Support and train superusers, contributing to organizational learning.
• Participate in and lead projects bridging business and IT.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIS2.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in system management or a similar role.
• Experience working in an outsourced IT environment with SaaS solutions.
• Documented experience working close to the business at the interface between IT and operations.
• Experience in vendor management and SLA follow-up.
• Strong understanding of information security and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant education combining business and IT.
