Are you a senior SAP EWM expert ready to optimize warehouse logistics for a global leader in med-tech?

Randstad is currently seeking a driven and experienced Process Area Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client, Mölnlycke Health Care. You will be a key player in a specialized team, focusing on the digitalization and improvement of factory logistics, including goods receipt processes and internal scanning functionality. We are looking for someone with proven experience in implementing EWM in a factory environment who thrives in a collaborative, global organization. We place great emphasis on your ability to combine deep technical knowledge with a practical understanding of manufacturing flows.

Responsibilities

As a Process Area Specialist, your focus will be on designing and implementing best-practice solutions for the warehouse and factory logistics flow.

• Solution Design: Suggest and design solutions based on best practices for improved goods receipt, internal logistics, and scanning support.
• Architectural Support: Take on solution architect activities to ensure the design aligns with the broader digitalization journey.
• Hands-on Configuration: Responsible for configuration, testing, and training of Key Users within the SAP S/4HANA EWM environment.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure seamless integration with connected SAP modules such as MM and PP.
• Hardware Setup: Manage and advise on different handheld devices and printer setups connected to the EWM solution.
• Deployment & Go-live: Play a vital role in putting the solution into production successfully for two factories in the US by the end of 2026.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior consultant with a deep functional and technical background in SAP S/4HANA EWM.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• EWM Expertise: Deep knowledge of EWM processes, solution design, and configuration within a factory environment.
• Module Integration: Strong knowledge of connected SAP modules, specifically MM and PP.
• Master Data & Structure: Solid understanding of organizational structures and master data requirements in an EWM context.
• Global Track Record: Proven track record in factory EWM implementations for global organizations.
• Travel & Eligibility: Ability to travel to the US 2–4 times during 2026; US Visa eligibility is required.

The role requires an individual who can navigate both technical complexities and business requirements with ease.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with procurement, production, and IT teams.
• Solution-Oriented: Ability to proactively suggest best-practice designs while maintaining a focus on the project's overall timeline and scope.
• Documentation Skills: Excellent capabilities in documenting technical designs and creating training materials for users.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a project environment with a workload of 60–100% and taking on broader architectural responsibilities.
