Randstad is currently seeking a driven and experienced Process Area Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client, Mölnlycke Health Care. You will be a driving force in a specialized team, focusing on the digitalization and improvement of direct material flows and supplier communication. We are looking for someone with proven experience in implementing direct procure-to-pay solutions who thrives in a collaborative, global environment. We place great emphasis on your ability to combine technical SAP expertise with a strong business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Process Area Specialist, your focus will be on designing and implementing best-practice solutions for the direct procurement flow.

• Solution Design: Suggest and design solutions based on SAP best practices for direct material flows and supplier collaboration.
• Hands-on Configuration: Responsible for configuration, testing, and documentation within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Supplier Collaboration: Implement and optimize SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba) for PO, Order Confirmation, ASN, and Invoice collaboration.
• Training & Support: Conduct training for Key Users and ensure high-quality documentation to support the solution's adoption.
• Deployment & Go-live: Actively participate in the successful production go-live for global factory sites, ensuring robust integration between procurement, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior consultant with a deep functional background in SAP S/4HANA Procurement.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions.
• Direct Procurement Expertise: Deep knowledge of Direct Procurement processes, solution design, and configuration within S/4HANA.
• SAP Business Network: Extensive experience implementing SAP Business Network or similar solutions with a focus on supplier collaboration.
• Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration points between procurement, finance, and master data, including compliance and authorization policies.
• Global Track Record: Proven experience from direct procurement projects within large, global organizations.
• Travel & Eligibility: Ability to travel to the US 2–4 times during 2026; US Visa eligibility is required.

• Teaching Ability: Strong capabilities in documenting processes and training others to ensure long-term solution success.
