Your role

As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

• Interfacing with technical and business stakeholders – internal and external
• System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, defining architecture, system solution design
• Envisage the architecture from a functional, technology, performance, security, scalability etc…standpoint point.
• Defining the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver solutions.
• Leading development activities including handson development, reviews and providing technical guidance to team members
• Configuration, customization and integration of application
• Client interfacing and offshore coordination.

Required

• At least 12 Years of IT experience and 4+ years of architectural experience in key areas (from inception-to-delivery of applications)
• Technical expertise in Architecture & Cloud : Java, SpringBoot, Kafka, Event driven arch, Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Rancher, Container Orchestration, Scaling & HA, Java, Mobile tech (Kotlin, Swift).
• IAM (Platform aligned): Azure Entra ID, Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, SSO.
• SRE: Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Open Telemetry, Monitoring, Tracing, Alerting.
• Web & Traffic Layer: Apache HTTP Server, NGINX, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing.
• Ability to define roadmap and solutionize. Extensive experience with technical architecture design with proven experience in designing and developing microservices applications
• Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding of Agile principles and practices
• Strong business process/system analytical skills
• Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing client relationships
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
• Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Preferred

• Experience in telecommunication domain.
