• Experience working in structured software development environments

• Strong understanding of modern development workflows (version control, reviews, branching strategies)

• A focus on quality, security, and reliable engineering practices

• Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate requirements into technical solutions

• Experience using automation or scripting to support development work

• Experience with code quality or security‑focused tools

• Familiarity with cloud‑based or distributed environments

• Contribution to documentation, governance, or internal standards

• Experience from automotive, embedded, or other regulated domains
