About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior QHSE Manager to join our 12-month accelerated Graduate Program based in Arlandastad.

This program is designed for high-potential young professionals who are eager to develop their expertise and take on real responsibility from day one. It serves as a strong career springboard, combining hands-on operational experience with structured professional development.

As a Graduate, you will be fully immersed in core business operations, actively contributing to meaningful, high-impact projects within our airline catering activities.

You will report directly to the QHSE Manager Sweden.

Security interviews will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen but are welcome to have a foreign background.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and continuously develop the QHSE management system in line with Group standards and client contracts
• Adapt and deploy Group QHSE procedures.
• Train and support local teams on QHSE standards and best practices
• Ensure proper implementation of processes, operational procedures, and documentation
• Promote awareness of client requirements and regulatory/legal obligations
• Monitor compliance with internal QHSE rules and external regulations
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards
• Follow up on inspections, audits, and QHSE performance indicators
• Manage internal and external prevention plans and corrective action plans

Your Profile

• Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a Master’s degree in QHSE
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Adaptable and confident in multicultural settings
• Fluent in English (Swedish is considered a strong advantage)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
