Assignment Overview
We are looking for an available for a Technical Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead redesign, maintenance, and regulation-driven repair work for storage tanks and piping systems
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project requirements
- Align all activities with safety, cost, scope, and schedule objectives
- Manage contractors, engineering partners, construction teams, and third-party inspectors
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with Technical Manager and Plant Operation Manager
- Support procurement with technical expertise during contract negotiations
- Review and approve technical deliverables and documentation
- Evaluate and manage change requests, assessing impact on scope, timeline, and budget
- Track financial performance and report cost updates to the client
- Ensure proper documentation and structured reporting of technical work
- Coordinate with other Technical Project Managers to ensure integrated execution
- Drive process improvements and implement lessons learned
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and installation of pressurized tanks, pumps, and piping systems within petroleum or chemical industries
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and piping systems in industrial projects
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Proven experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid cost control and schedule management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work fully on-site in an industrial plant environment
