Product Designer (UX/UI) to Global Fashion Leader

We are currently looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) for an exciting consultancy opportunity within digital product development. This is a full-time assignment (100%) starting April 1st, 2026 and running until November 25th, 2026. The role is based on-site and does not allow remote work.

You will join a cross-functional product team working closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Commercial stakeholders. This is a mid-to-senior level consultancy assignment where you will take ownership of design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery and optimization.

What will this role achieve?

As a Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, inclusive, and scalable digital experiences across web, native iOS and Android applications, and internal tools. You will ensure that user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility are aligned, contributing to a consistent and high-quality product experience supported by a strong Design System foundation.

What will be your job scope and key deliverables?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to inform, validate, and refine design decisions.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Tech, Brand, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with strategy and feasibility.
• Presenting design concepts clearly, grounded in user insights and product direction.
• Applying and contributing to Design System methodology to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Designing inclusive experiences in line with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
• Facilitating workshops to drive alignment and shared direction across teams.
• Defining and tracking UX metrics to measure and communicate design impact.
• Championing a user-first mindset throughout the product development lifecycle.

About you:

What do we need for this role?

• Education: Relevant academic background within Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product Development, or similar.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience designing digital platforms (web, apps, internal tools) in large-scale environments. Experience designing for native iOS and Android applications. Proven experience working with Design Systems and system-thinking in design. Experience leading design initiatives independently from discovery to delivery.
• Skills: Strong interaction design and high-level UI craft skills. Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, UserZoom, and Jira. Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Personal attributes: Self-directed, structured, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Collaborative and stakeholder-oriented, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision. Analytical mindset with the ability to connect user insights to measurable business outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
