Retail Concept is responsible for protecting, expanding, and developing the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in both existing and new markets. Our team defines and drives the frameworks, guidelines, and operating models that support franchisees in delivering a consistent and high-quality omnichannel retail experience. We work across areas such as Brand & Marketing, Expansion, Learning, and Retail Experience to continuously innovate and optimise IKEA’s global retail operations.
About the job
As Digital Product Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and operations of a digital product, aligning commercial strategies, range frameworks, and data-driven insights with user needs across global markets.
You will work closely with commercial, data, engineering and capability stakeholders to secure that the product delivers real business value, supports business direction, and enables markets to make confident, strategic range decisions.
Your key responsibilities include:
– Leading the digital product development to ensure the products you are responsible for, support IKEA’s Omnichannel retail strategy and capability ambitions.
– Owning the product vision and roadmap, defining clear priorities, goals and ways of working.
– Collaborating with markets, commercial functions, and digital teams to align product needs with business outcomes and range direction.
– Ensuring user-centric development by gathering insights from users and stakeholders to shape product decisions and maximise business value.
– Driving continuous improvement and adopting best practices in digital product management, agile development and data-informed decision-making.
– Managing budgets and resources, including financial planning, prioritisation and cost control.
– Overseeing the definition of success metrics, performance follow-up, and product documentation.
