Role Summary
TRATON Financial Services (TFS) is accelerating its digital transformation and is appointing a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its technology agenda.
With ~100 FTEs (plus ~50 externals) across Sweden, Malaysia, and India, the IT landscape is currently fragmented and infrastructure-heavy. The CIO will define and execute a modernization roadmap, simplifying legacy systems, strengthening data, automation and AI capabilities, and building a secure, scalable, and business-driven IT function.
Reporting to the CEO, the CIO will position technology as a strategic enabler of growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. The role is based in Sweden.
