Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and develop the maintenance organization in a highly automated factory environment.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 experienced technicians within mechanics, automation, cabling, and calibration.
- Establish structured and data-driven maintenance processes aligned with WCM (Autonomous Maintenance / Planned Maintenance).
- Strengthen equipment ownership and long-term asset reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement in competence, processes, and organizational culture.
- Prepare the organization for relocation to a new high-automation production facility, ensuring readiness in planning, documentation, availability, and capability.
- Take responsibility for budget, resource planning, preventive maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure operational stability and long-term sustainability of production systems.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading maintenance operations within manufacturing environments, preferably with high automation levels.
- Documented experience driving structured maintenance methodologies such as WCM (AM/PM) or similar improvement frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build engagement, develop teams, and drive change.
- Experience balancing strategic planning with operational presence.
- Background in automation, electrical, robotics, process, or production engineering.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience.
