Manage resource planning and scheduling for the CSO field force and Flex Zone ensuring the right competence is matched with the right demand. Lead the deployment of visualization tools, KPIs, and best practices in resource planning across multiple market areas. Act as coach with to Resource Planners. Be the main point of contact from Value Stream and other global organizations.

What you will do

Execute resource planning and scheduling of the CSO field force for a defined CSO area with consistent application, full transparency for all involved stakeholders, and by using the approved processes and tools to ensure consistent world-class customer experience and optimal business performance.

Leads complex planning initiatives and strategic projects, oversees cross functional (experience in it MRK/SDE), develops and optimizes planning processes and tools.

Proposes changes, Provides training, mentorship and guidance to other planners and trains new hires.

Together with RPL, lead the analysis of short- and mid-term capacity constraints of Operational Filed Force Planning for resource capacity and competence development.

Lead the deployment of visual management and KPIs for resource planning & scheduling in one or several areas.

Lead implementation of best practices related to resource planning and scheduling. Avoid sub-optimization. Participate in the share & learn, continuous improvement activities related to resource planning

We believe you have

4+ years of experience

Operates with very limited supervision (handles escalations and stakeholders on her/his own)

Leads projects with broader scope and impact

Proven record of consistent achievement of results and soft skills in past 3 years

Potential for acting as resource planning leader when needed

Proven record of process implementation, discipline, and organizational agility. Strong continuous improvement focus.

Demonstrated in Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate, and Perform.

You have a good understanding and experience in service business and are truly Customer oriented.

You have good knowledge about Tetra Pak filling and distribution equipment, demonstrated leadership abilities, are achievement-oriented and an excellent team player.
