In this role, you will support business sectors with quality expertise and help drive an Operational Excellence agenda. You will act as owner for key quality performance dashboards in Power BI, ensure quality indicators are tracked and refreshed, and contribute to maintaining ISO 9001 certification through reviews and audits.

• Support business sectors/streams with C2A expertise and enable effective KPI follow-up
• Develop and maintain Quality Performance KPI/KAI aligned with the overall quality framework
• Own and develop the C2A dashboard in Power BI
• Perform data analysis related to quality indicators (e.g., C2A indicators) on request
• Maintain and ensure availability of quality tools used to uphold accreditation (e.g., DOT, Next Gen Audit Tool, ISO Performance BI dashboard)
• Act as Technical Tool Owner for the Next Generation Audit Tool
• Plan, manage, and perform required audits as lead auditor, and support external audits when needed
• Lead or participate in Quality Module assessments within the OpEx system
• Lead quality operational reviews and collaborate with key stakeholders within the governance framework
• Support activities connected to securing ISO certification retention
• Drive projects and initiatives according to the Operational Excellence plan

• Experience with C2A expertise
• Experience with Quality Performance KPI/KAI development
• Experience with C2A dashboards in Power BI
• Experience with data analysis related to quality indicators
• Experience working with tools such as DOT, Next Gen Audit Tool, and ISO Performance BI dashboard
• Experience conducting audits
• Experience with Quality Module assessments
