Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager
What You Will Work On
- Define, establish, and anchor the overall test strategy across the program.
- Ensure a structured and efficient test process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing activities between multiple external vendors and internal teams, each with their own test leads and organizations.
- Align stakeholders on ways of working, timelines, dependencies, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure test scenarios and test cases reflect business flows, regulatory requirements, and functional needs.
- Plan test phases and define entry and exit criteria.
- Ensure availability and readiness of test environments and test data.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Oversee defect management and quality follow-up.
- Monitor test progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide structured reporting to steering committees and key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Documented experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar role in large and complex programs.
- Proven experience coordinating test efforts across multiple vendors and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, SDLC, and/or agile delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools and Jira.
- Experience with structured quality governance, defect management, and test reporting.
- Background within banking, finance, or credit domains.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to create clarity in complex environments with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable for quality and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with business, technical teams, and suppliers.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and changes in dynamic environments.
