About the role You will develop and maintain embedded software for both new and existing products, while also taking on the role of Scrum Master for a development team. Working with cutting-edge technology, you’ll collaborate with curious, supportive, and highly skilled colleagues in a company that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. As a developer, you will contribute to everything from smaller customer-specific projects to major product updates. Your responsibilities include translating system requirements into software requirements, defining software architecture and design, implementing solutions, and performing testing. You will also help improve and maintain development processes. As Scrum Master, you will support the team in working according to agile and SAFe principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. You will act as a servant leader, enabling the team to perform at its best while fostering collaboration, transparency, and an agile mindset. Who we are looking for We believe you have a degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in embedded systems and electronic product development. You have strong skills in C++, Linux, and software architecture, and you are comfortable working in an agile environment. Experience in the Scrum Master role or a strong interest in taking on that responsibility is essential. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, and knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
