Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to support the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket business

What You Will Work On

  • Define and steer long-term strategic marketing plans in alignment with the CoC MGT strategy.
  • Develop and lead messaging strategies for key global markets and segments.
  • Create and maintain go-to-market concepts with sales, commercialization, and R&D teams.
  • Benchmark marketing best practices across relevant industries and competitors.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate communication and product line marketing on style guides, brand messaging, and tools.
  • Explore and adopt automation and AI-supported marketing methods.
  • Develop media assets such as videos, flyers, pop-ups, and customer stories.
  • Support and coordinate user conferences, regional training, and event logistics.
  • Manage content and documentation uploaded to portals, including approval workflows and fleet updates.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across product lines and global marketing teams.
  • Support internal and external communications for product launches and campaigns.

What You Bring

  • Experience in marketing and communication, ideally within industrial or energy sectors.
  • Ability to define and implement long-term marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and R&D.
  • Proficiency in content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and aftermarket business needs.
  • Ability to drive adoption of marketing tools, automation, and AI-supported processes.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
