What You Will Work On

• Drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and enhance business processes and ways of working.

• Support initiatives related to digitalization, change management, and strategy execution.
• Facilitate workshops, analyses, and development of improvement roadmaps.
• Coach and support teams and leaders through organizational change initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration between business units and internal partners.
• Contribute to building long-term capabilities within Business Excellence.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in business development, transformation, or organizational improvement.
• Senior-level experience leading strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in project management and business process development.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management.
• Structured and self-driven working style.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to support organizations through change and transformation journeys.
