We are now looking for a skilled and curious Data Specialist who thrives in a modern Microsoft cloud environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how we use data across the organization. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with business understanding to create powerful, user-friendly reporting solutions that make a real impact. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality reports and analytics solutions in a cloud-based Microsoft environment, primarily using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into data models and visualizations, and deliver clear, actionable insights that support smarter decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards • Building and maintaining semantic models with well-structured relationships and star schema principles • Creating frontend calculations using DAX • Ensuring intuitive report layouts, navigation, and user interactions • Analyzing business processes and translating logic into effective reporting solutions • Performing ad-hoc data validation using SQL • Contributing to the continuous development of our analytics capabilities and self-service reporting practices You will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where iteration, feedback, and continuous improvement are key. ABOUT YOU We believe you are an analytical and solution-oriented professional with a strong passion for data and visualization. You combine technical skills with a solid understanding of business processes and enjoy transforming complex data into clear and meaningful insights. To succeed in this role, you likely have: • Hands-on experience developing reports in a cloud-based Microsoft environment (Power BI & Fabric) • Strong DAX skills and experience building interactive dashboards • A solid understanding of semantic models, relationships, and star schema design • Experience translating business logic into structured reporting solutions • Basic SQL skills for data validation and analysis It is a plus if you have experience working with ERP or CRM data sources, especially Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
