WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DOHere’s the main elements of the role...
  • Plan, set up, and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus on social platforms.

  • Handle the day-to-day operational activation of campaigns.

  • Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data.

  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure proper allocation across channels and markets.

  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging.

  • Collaborate with Media team to ensure strong ad performance.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Media E&I, and the location for this role is at our beautiful HQ in Malmö.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns within digital platforms.

  • Strong operational expertise in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit etc).

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics.

  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Budget management experience and understanding of media pacing.

  • Ability to build structured performance reports and dashboards.

  • Experience and comfort working across multiple markets globally.

  • Fluent English (Swedish is a plus, but not a must).

  • You are an entrepreneur at heart, with the know-how to create forward momentum and the stamina to relentlessly drive the process.

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and chaos, energized by the challenge of building something lasting that benefits both the world and its people.
