Automation Implementation Manager

Your mission

As the Automation Implementation Manager, you will drive success in planning, deployment, and implementation of surface automation products to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing and maintaining the Automation Implementation Blueprint, overseeing cross-functional leadership within projects, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to refine automation solutions.

Success in this role involves managing complex logistics, ensuring timely deployment, and supporting the customer journey from initial engagement through project completion.

Main responsiblities:

• Travel to customer sites to support project implementation during installation, commissioning, and transition to support.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop modifications that enhance customer operations.
• Coordinate with factory and local teams to train and prepare them for high-performance project delivery.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and timely shipping for smooth deployment.
• Create and execute sustainable project plans covering training, integration, and installation.
• Maintain consistent communication and centralized documentation for transparency.
• Present automation solutions via demos, seminars, and trade shows to showcase value.
• Contribute to product development and customer feedback initiatives, staying current with industry trends.
• Act as the main contact for customer centers, managing quotes, tenders, and visits.
• Lead project retrospectives to identify improvements and drive best practices.

Location and travel

This position is located in Örebro. Regular travel (30-40%) will be required.
