AD Recruit is hiring on behalf of a global iGaming leader for a senior Business Development Manager to drive operator partnerships across key regulated markets.
This role is built for experienced iGaming sales professionals who already know the landscape, have an active network, and want full ownership of deals from first conversation to signature.

What You’ll Own
End-to-end B2B sales cycle across multiple iGaming markets
Senior-level commercial conversations with casino and sportsbook operators
Revenue growth through your existing iGaming network
Strategic pipeline development in both mature and emerging markets
Representation at major iGaming conferences and industry events
What We’re Looking For
5+ years B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry
Strong track record of closing operator partnerships
Existing iGaming network that can open doors independently
Confident, consultative closer with a commercial mindset
Fluent English communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a senior role

Spain, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Greece, UK, Australia
