Coordinate Global Learning and Talent Programs activities and support learning journeys
Do you want to join a global organization contributing to the green transition and enabling people development across NKT? In this role, you will coordinate global learning and talent programs and ensure high-quality learning experiences for colleagues across regions. As part of a growing People & Culture function, you will support the Organizational Development team with program planning, logistics, and communication.
Organize global trainings and talent programs across NKT
You will work with planning, organizing, and executing global learning initiatives across the organization. The position includes coordination of virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring logistics run smoothly, and providing operational support throughout the full learning cycle. You will prepare materials, manage scheduling, update the Learning Management System (LMS), and collaborate closely with trainers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The role also includes gathering feedback and supporting continuous improvement of training and Talent Programs activities.
Your responsibility will be to:
* Plan and organize training programs, workshops, and events
* Coordinate logistics, communication, session hosting, and stakeholder alignment
* Maintain and update global LMS content, enrolments, and data
* Prepare and manage program materials, documentation, and participant support
* Collect and analyze training feedback for evaluation and improvement
You will be part of the Organizational Development team and report to the Head of Functional Academy. The role is based in Malmö, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark, and includes approximately 45–60 planned travel days per year (mainly within Europe).
Service oriented, accurate and structured coordinator with a global mindset
You are service oriented, comfortable collaborating with many stakeholders, and enjoy contributing to an inclusive learning experience. You communicate clearly, handle changing situations with ease, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. You are comfortable working both independently and within a team, and you value supporting others through organized and reliable coordination.
You also have:
* Minimum 5 years of experience within a coordinator role, such as event coordinator, project coordinator, executive assistant or office coordinator
* Training coordination, Learning & Development, HR operations, or event management experience is beneficial, but not a must
* Experience managing complex projects across functions
* Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Advanced English skills, spoken and written
