We are looking for a Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of large-scale customer programs within the Connectivity (MNO) and TSP/CMP domains. In this role, you will bridge strategic goals with hands-on execution across the full value chain—commercial management, financial governance, technical delivery, and operational reliability—driving measurable business outcomes and high customer satisfaction across multiple global markets.

• Own and manage the customer contract landscape together with Legal, including master agreements, amendments, DPAs and CLM workflows
• Support financial governance across the PO-to-invoice flow, including billing reviews, customer confirmations and payment follow-up
• Handle commercial clarifications and disputes with practical, timely resolutions
• Negotiate with global suppliers on pricing, MOQ and SLA compliance
• Coordinate technical delivery and dependencies such as CMP integrations, SIM lifecycles, APN/VPN setups and VoLTE/5G readiness
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS/Kubernetes upgrades, capacity planning and regional node selection
• Oversee release and change management, including freeze windows, risk assessments and go/no-go decisions
• Lead operational forums to track P1/P2 incidents and ensure MTTA/MTTR targets are met
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPA activities to prevent recurring service disturbances
• Standardize incident reporting and customer communication using tools such as Jira and Ivanti
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, InfoSec, DevOps and Purchasing
• Develop and maintain delivery templates such as RACI matrices, runbooks, dashboards and billing trackers
• Establish budgets, optimize resource allocation and maintain cost control throughout the program lifecycle

• Proven experience in program management within Cloud Services, Telecommunications (MNO), or Connectivity
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with SIM technology and global connectivity standards, including 5G and VoLTE
• Strong background in contract negotiation, financial reporting and vendor/supplier management
• Proficiency in Jira and Ivanti
• Fluent English
