CRM and Customer Insights sit at the heart of this transformation. Now, we are looking for a CRM/CI D365 Solution Owner who wants to help us orchestrate that journey.
About this role
As Solution Owner within our CRM/CI team, you will play a central role in coordinating, prioritizing, and driving CRM initiatives across Husqvarna Group.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology — translating commercial needs into actionable direction while ensuring that our Dynamics 365 landscape delivers measurable value. This includes Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, and the surrounding Power Platform ecosystem.
This is a role that combines strategic perspective with operational and technological drive. Strategically, you see the bigger picture — understanding how CRM capabilities enable long-term business ambitions across divisions and markets. Operationally, you make technology happen — facilitating discussions, aligning stakeholders, structuring needs, coordinating planning, and ensuring progress across teams.
You will work closely with the CRM Delivery Manager, CRM Technology Manager, Tech Lead, Business Product Owners, and stakeholders across our divisions. Together, you will ensure that our CRM roadmap is realistic, prioritized, and value-driven.
You will act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and best practices, guiding how Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights should be leveraged to support scalable, harmonized business processes across markets and divisions.

The role is based in Sweden, in one of our offices, either in Huskvarna or Stockholm. We work in a hybrid setup and expect presence at the office around 2–3 days per week.
