Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Method Developer
What You Will Work On
- Define and develop cybersecurity methods based on engineering needs and industry standards.
- Collect experience and feedback from developers, testers, and stakeholders to improve working practices.
- Drive harmonization of cybersecurity practices across engineering, quality, and compliance functions.
- Create structured documentation and clear guidance for cybersecurity methods.
- Identify areas where tool support is required and define functional requirements for tools.
- Work closely with tool developers to ensure effective implementation of security processes.
- Support implementation of new methods through coaching, training, and internal promotion.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing cybersecurity processes and frameworks.
- Ensure methods remain aligned with regulatory, technical, and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to building consistent and scalable cybersecurity practices across the organization.
What You Bring
- Background in software development, preferably within embedded systems or other technical environments.
- Strong understanding of automotive cybersecurity standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and regulatory frameworks such as UN-ECE R155.
- Experience with Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) and cybersecurity concept development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements engineering and integration across the full product lifecycle.
- Understanding of risk-based management systems such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with automotive regulations and standards such as UN-ECE R156 and ISO 26262 is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with supplier cybersecurity interfaces such as CS-DIA is beneficial.
- Experience supporting type approval processes, audits, or certification assessments is valuable.
- Strong ability to understand complex systems and organizational interactions.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in international environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
