Assignment Overview
We are looking for a senior and business-driven CRM BI Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Translate customer and campaign data into actionable insights, dashboards, and business recommendations.
- Support migration of models, reports, and analytics solutions into the new Customer Data Analytics Domain (CDAD) within Snowflake.
- Ensure BI and analytics outputs function correctly within the new data architecture.
- Collaborate with Tech and Data Engineering teams during data platform migration and development.
- Redesign existing KPIs, definitions, and analytical models.
- Develop advanced analytics and predictive models such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value, behavioral forecasting, and AI-driven segmentation.
- Support the organization with data science expertise where internal capabilities are limited.
- Build, improve, and quality assure Power BI dashboards for customer and commercial insights.
- Deliver reporting and analytics related to customer KPIs, engagement, revenue segments, loyalty growth, partnerships, and campaign performance.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing and CRM campaigns using exposed/control setups and A/B testing.
- Measure campaign uplift, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
- Support CRM teams with segmentation analysis and campaign performance insights.
- Provide operational analytics support to ensure continuity in ongoing analysis work.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support experimentation and control group strategies.
- Assist Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Partnerships teams with analytical insights.
- Contribute to building the future customer data and insights organization.
- Help define roles, capabilities, and ways of working for a more data-driven organization.
- Support long-term initiatives around personalization and customer strategy.
What You Bring
- Strong experience working with Power BI.
- Solid SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Experience working with CRM, campaign, or loyalty program data.
- Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and complex information flows.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with business understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau is considered an advantage.
- Experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics is beneficial.
- Experience working in large or international organizations is valuable.
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing, CRM, or digital teams is a plus.
