We are looking for a motivated Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong interest in front-end development and a passion for learning. You will be part of a Salesforce specialist team supporting multiple product teams across the organization, with a particular focus on challenges and opportunities within Experience Cloud.

You will work in a small setup where ownership, initiative and close collaboration with stakeholders, developers and solution architects are key to success. The environment is customer-centric, and you will be encouraged to challenge existing approaches and contribute with new ideas.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including Aura and LWR implementations
• Build front-end functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce UI technologies
• Design and implement backend logic with Apex and Visualforce when needed
• Work with Salesforce APIs and integrations to connect systems and enable end-to-end flows
• Use Flow Builder and other declarative tools, and make sound decisions on declarative versus programmatic approaches
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and solution architects to translate needs into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to agile ways of working and continuous improvement across teams

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Aura and LWR)
• Strong understanding of modern front-end development
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, and the ability to assess when to use declarative versus programmatic approaches
• Experience working in Agile environments, or openness to learning agile ways of working, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Salesforce B2B commerce
• Excellent English skills

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, JavaScript)
• Experience or interest in other frontend frameworks (React, Vue or Angular)
