About the Role

Your daily work will involve providing world-class support via phone and chat to SAS’ Danish private customers. This may include inquiries regarding flight reservations, payments, refunds, and online services, to mention just a few. You will also be responsible for providing information about flight schedules, available destinations, and special requirements (wheelchair passengers, traveling with pets, etc.). In addition, you will be an expert in planning and proposing smart solutions for customers in difficult situations such as canceled flights, delays, or schedule changes.

You are naturally positive and energetic and balance professionalism with personality and engagement. You are good at expressing and explaining yourself both verbally and in writing. You enjoy working independently and are flexible when it comes to changes in your work. Stress tolerance is an important quality to succeed in this role.

• You speak and write Danish fluently (C1) and English (B2).
• You can work within the opening hours Monday– Friday 07: 00–19:15 and weekends 09:00–18:15.
• You can work from our office in Helsingborg.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have good computer skills.
• 6 months of customer contact experience.

Workplace and Work Arrangement

The position is office-based at our Helsingborg office. During the first six months, the work will be fully on-site to ensure a thorough introduction and smooth, effective integration into the role and team. After this period, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement, including partial remote work, provided that specific competence requirements set by the employer are met. Employment type: Full-time with a 6-month probation period

Working hours: Monday– Friday 07: 00–19:15 and weekends 09:00–18:15 (your shifts will be scheduled within these hours, 40 hours/week)
