Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with strong expertise in Java/J2EE and Graph Database technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions using Neo4j or other Graph Databases while managing client interactions and distributed Agile teams.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and highly available applications using Java/J2EE and

Project Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams ensuring technical excellence.

• Act as primary technical contact for client interactions related to Neo4j.

• Drive end-to-end technical delivery including architecture and estimation.

• Perform project assessments and provide improvement recommendations.

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Architecture).

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies in distributed team environments.

• Support presales activities including technical proposals and presentations.

Neo4j.

• Architect and optimize graph data models for performance and scalability.

• Develop and optimize Cypher queries and use Neo4j plugins/APOC libraries.

• Implement HA, clustering, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for Neo4j.

• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and resolve complex production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j or other Graph Databases.

• Expertise in Cypher query language and Neo4j plugins/APOC libraries.

• Experience designing highly available and scalable systems.

• Understanding of HA, DR, backup, clustering, and monitoring strategies.

• Experience working with distributed Agile teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
