In this assignment, you will take a senior lead role in driving a cross-functional digital program within cyber security. You will own program planning, scope and risk management, implementation follow-up, reporting, and performance management—ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and expected value.

You will work closely with multiple digital and business stakeholders to align deliveries across teams and keep the initiative on track through milestones and gates throughout the program lifecycle.

• Lead, coordinate, and optimize digital capabilities within a cyber security program
• Drive execution and ensure deliveries across associated teams align with overall objectives (OKRs)
• Collaborate broadly across digital and business areas (e.g., People Experience, Manufacturing, Finance, Cyber Security, Digital Engineering)
• Identify risks early, establish mitigation plans, and escalate when needed
• Communicate decisions, priorities, and expectations clearly across organizational levels
• Ensure readiness for milestones and gates by aligning and coordinating teams across the program lifecycle

• Extensive experience in program and project management (min + 10 years)
• Experience in digital development and operations
• Knowledge of cyber security and enterprise architecture
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with senior management and broader organizations

• Experience in cyber security areas such as network and identity management
